a. Between the 1st October 2008 and 30th November 2009 you dishonestly took 12 unauthorised loans or advances from your chambers, 9 St John?s Street, Manchester.

b. On 12th January 2012 at the Leeds Crown Court you pleaded guilty to, and were convicted of, one count of the theft of ?72,500 (Seventy two thousand and five hundred pounds) from your Chambers.

c. On the 10th February 2012 the Honourable Mr Justice Singh sentenced you to 3 years imprisonment.
