Sam Brown, a practising barrister, on 23rd November 2016 failed to act with integrity in that, having agreed to assist C in relation to her future career at the Bar, he intentionally touched C, the touching was sexual, C did not consent to the touching, and Sam Brown did not reasonably believe that C consented to the touching.
Sam Brown, a practising barrister, on 23rd November 2016 behaved in a way that was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession in that, having agreed to assist C in relation to her future career at the Bar, he intentionally touched C, the touching was sexual, C did not consent to the touching, and Sam Brown did not reasonably believe that C consented to the touching.
