Past disciplinary findings

Julian Ernest Sinclair Philip Hall between the 12th day of April 2001 and 3rd day of November 2001 failed to comply in due time or at all with the an order imposed upon the said Julian Ernest Sinclair Philip Hall by a Disciplinary Tribunal of the Council of the Inns of Court sitting on 5 February 2001 and 13 February 2001, namely to repay ?7,500 to Irene Brown and to pay ?1,120 to the Bar Council. Julian Ernest Sinclair Philip Hall failed to report to the Bar Council promptly that a bankruptcy order had been made against him, the said Julian Ernest Sinclair Philip Hall at some time prior to February 2001. Julian Ernest Sinclair Philip Hall between the 12th day of April 2001 and 4th day of September 2001 failed to respond promptly or at all to correspondence or requests from the Bar Council in relation to the sentence imposed upon the said Julian Ernest Sinclair Philip Hall by the Disciplinary Tribunal of 13 February 2001.
