Offence details:

Shao Kam San engaged in dishonest conduct whilst in practise as a member of the Bar of Malaya in that he failed to forward monies due to his client under the terms of a consent order judgement and was subsequently struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaysia on 16th March 2005. Shao Kam San failed to report to the Bar Council that he had been convicted of a disciplinary offence whilst in practise as a member of the Bar of Malaya, namely that he had been struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaysia on 16th March 2005 for: (i) the dishonest and/or fraudulent conduct in the discharge of his duties; (ii) gross disregard of his client?s interest; and (iii) conduct unbefitting of an advocate and solicitor, and/or which brings or is calculated to bring the profession into disrepute.
