View recordZoma Angelidez, on the 19th May 2005, at the Crown Court sitting at Croydon, acted in a manner which was dishonest or otherwise discreditable in that she, through Queens Counsel, caused His Honour Judge Tanzer to be told that she had no recollection of ever having met O, the first defendant, in a trial being conducted by the His Honour Judge Tanzer and in which she represented the third defendant
Zoma Angelidez, between the 5th April 2004 and the 19th May 2005, acted in a manner which was likely to diminish public confidence in the legal profession or the administration of justice or otherwise bring the legal profession into disrepute by representing B, the third defendant in multi-handed criminal proceedings, despite having had previous contact with other defendants namely Orcozo, the first defendant, and Z, the fourth defendant, and failing to inform her lay client, her Instructing Solicitor, Counsel representing the other defendants, the trial Judge or the Court administration of such.
Zoma Angelidez, between the 5th April 2004 and the 19th May 2005, failed to consider whether, having regard to all of the circumstances of the case and consistent with the proper and efficient administration of justice, she was acting in the best interests of her lay client by continuing to represent B and:
(i) Not making any disclosure to her lay client of the fact that she had had previous contact with other defendants charged in the same criminal proceedings, namely O, and Z;
Not advising her lay client of the extent and nature of the contact referred to in (i) above.
