COIC tribunals review: progress update

3 March 2014

The Bar Standards Board has today published an update on the contract management arrangements relating to COIC/BTAS (Council of the Inns of Court / Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Service) and the progress against the recommendations set out in the Browne report of 2012.

The update on the recommendations clearly shows significant progress by COIC in implementing the 77 recommendations - 75% of which have been completed and a further 22% are currently in progress.

The papers are available here ( report and table).
