The BSB has advised Bar training providers who offer online exams that their delivery of exams in Bangladesh and Pakistan should be suspended with immediate effect pending further investigations of alleged malpractice. This applies both to the centralised exams in Civil and Criminal Litigation and to any provider-set written assessments that may be taken online. Any students affected will be contacted by their provider with further information.
